okayy so PE is now one of my connections .... and last year i was really really fit when i had PE ... and this year not so much ..... can give me some work out routines ( nothing that i have to buy ) i have 3 days to get as ready as possible ..... ANY WORK OUT ROUTINES .... we have a bike , a gazelle, and a weight bench and dumbelles .... i need some ...................... PLEASE PLEASE HELP you have no idea how bad i need this ........ thank you !!
