Contraction pains??Whats going on?

I am having contraction pains every ten mins exactly. (I have a son I know what they feel like and it cant be anything else.) My stomach is tightening it gets tight to breathe. They are lasting what seems like 30-60 secs I havent timed that.The problem is Im NOT pregnant. What is going on?!?!
