Does Israel make any sophisticated fighter jets/bomber?

They seem to like making UAV's a lot, but do they make any sophisticated fighters? I think they had one a while ago but it got cancelled...obviosuly they buy lots of fighters from the U.S, but do they make any decent ones themselves?
