Does anyone know this movie?

It's a movie about a dad that has a painter wife and a son and a daughter and a dog. His daughter and son die and go to heaven; like a city with angels and stuff. The mom commits suicide because she's so sad everyone's dead because the dad died as well in a car accident and goes to limbo or whatever part of hell and so the dad has to go and save her.
