Does this sound like a good workout and breakfast?

You have the right idea, abs are made in the kitchen! I Don't know the intensity level on your Gazelle but if you worked out enough to be sweat drenched, then it was a good workout. After a workout is the best time to have carbs (Kashi and fruit was a great choice) and protein (yogurt another win). People say you might not want to eat fats directly after a workout (pb), but I believe as long as you stay in the confines of your daily caloric budget then as long as it's healthy it's ok. I say yes, eating this way should put you on track for summer nicely, you can also incorporate situps into your workout regimen for more ab sculpting. Good luck!
