German/french love story film?

What is the title of a german film (if I'm correct) that tells a story about a billionaire business man who fell for a girl (a paparazzi)? After their wedding ceremony, the husband was shot and killed. All the money and will of husband was given to her which irrates the family of the husband specially the brother. to make the long story short, the brother fell in love with the girl and they were married as well abd had a son. it is actually a 2 part film wherein in the 2nd part, their son was kidnapped by the nanny... hopefully, someone would be able to help me... thank you in advance.
