How to cross train or go guard/reserve?

Can you explain why a bomber base is a bad thing? What's wrong with it? No you can't crosstrain before 4 years since your a 6 year enlistee, unless your transfering to a critical undermanned afsc like combat control or pararescue at the 3 yr mark. No they won't let you transfer to guard or reserves. Suck it up!
