Is Gazelle.com (the trade in website) down or did it go out of business?

Thanks for being concerned, we are still in business, not to worry! It appears that the Amazon Cloud (where we host our site) was having some issues last night, which had our site offline for a bit. We are back up and not going anywhere. So come on back and let us know if we can help. :o)
