What is the best way to lose Belly, Arm, and Thigh fat?

I work over night shift an I've lost 22lbs so far I want to lose 80 more. Is there any foods or snacks I should be eating during the day or night? That would help me lose more weight? Any excercises I should try out? I have 3 and 5lb dumbells and a Gazelle. An I've been drinking more water. (Serious answers only please)
