No. And what you are suggesting is not "the opposite". The opposite of the current health care law is no health care at all, including medicare and medicaid. So when you get old and have a health problem, feel free to crawl into a hovel and die. Obama hasn't cut funding to National Security - the neocons are the ones who are cutting it. It was Bush who exploded the national debt and federal deficit, so the neocons have no leg to stand on on that account. Further, your suggestion of reducing deficit spending and increasing spending on National Security is nonsensical.
