Can you get heat exhaustion from taking a sh!t?

It was in the afternoon when the sun was out and it was about 95 degrees, I was working on my garden of course taking care of my gargoyle plants and tending the beans when I had the urge to use the restroom. So I dropped everything and ran like a gazelle being sexually assaulted by a beaver. When I got inside I had immediately went to the toilet. There I pinched a loaf so hard I was sweating from head to toe in pain. I blanked out out and next I had no control over my muscle movement and I was pooping everywhere. I proceeded to look to my left, there my cat, Kittens, was laying in a pile of my feces rolling like a child in mud. I don't know what's wrong, Do I need medical help?
