Im trying to sell my 32gb 3g ipad, whats the best way?

if i cant find anyone in my reach to sell my ipad to directly, what are some good websites that are trustworthy and safe that will. ebay? i was thinking about this website called gazelle.com but i dont know if i trust it. that website said theyll give me $380 for it and thats great to me. what do you guys think??
