How can I get fast results using the Total Gym XLS?

I am 5'5'', 140lbs, waist is 30'' and hip is 36''. I am looking to tone and lose some weight. My goal is to lose around 10-15lbs and at least 2" off waist and hips in six months. I have a Total Gym XLS, gazelle, and can make time to walk, jog or run 30min five times a week. I am looking for advice on how to achieve this goal.
