Why do many people hate black African people but then again love black culture and deny its African?

Your question doesn't make sense, your basis seems to be that reggae originated in Africa, and Americans deny that heritage, but in America the belief is that reggae originated in Jamaica not Africa. The music that we believe originated in Africa, are the more tribal drum beats, with chanting, and clicking. That is what our schools are teaching. It doesn't surprise me if it is totally wrong, our schools are crap.
