I need help with a workout schedule please?
K have a few ides to help. I too had the gazelle but try to follow the workout dvd that comes with it, works really well so if you don't have it, I would try to buy it on ebay. Anyhow, start with short workouts, don't exhaust yourself as you will either overeat or you will hate working out. Walking and running works really well for losing weight so start off slow and work your way up. Get into cardio, do a workout dvd from the comfort of home and make sure it gets you moving. If you like to dance there are tons of great dvds for that. I would recommend trying to get a cheap gym membership and take classes or work with a trainer. Also don't forget the weights and resistance training. A lot of girls are afraid to build muscle but muscle burns fat so get toned up. I think working out all at once would be better than throughout the day as you won't have to worry about warming up and cooling down throughout the day which is very important. Also what you eat is very important. You can work out 24/7 but if you eat McDonalds all day you will not lose weight. Start eating more fruits and veggies and try to cut back on soda. Don't binge as this will kill all of your efforts. Good luck and stay safe :)
