Work out tips that can help a beginner. ?
Ok I'm a 29 year old male who works construction. Always been a big guy. I just started working out in the last week. Started at 270 down to 265. One pound a day has been about average. I'm working out one hour a day. 4 mph walking or a gazelle at the same pace. Cut out all the junk food and watching my calories with the lose it app. I feel great. I just what some tips on what foods I should or should not be eating. And what other excises I should be doing. I really what to keep this going so any tips on motivation would be nice to. Thanks.
