I'm a little confused with girls in middle school?

I recently wrote a question like this but somebody said to give more details so i will, we used to text a lot but she never texted me first (I don't know if thats normal) recently she stopped texting me back 9/10 times i text her which is not often so i don't think i'm bothering her, but at school she laughs at the things i say when i'm not talking to her and talks to her friends about me.(She was talking about how I had long legs like a gazelle or something weird) but rarely ever talks to me like she used to. I hope that helps a little more. Also all her friends talk to me so it's not like I did something that would make all the girls mad.

Whats a good intense workout i can do?

well, you can start out with a slow jog in place til your heart beats just a little more than usual. then do 3 sets of 20 situps. 3 sets of 10 pushups. if you have a pool (heat it) and bring your little wieghts and left them above your head and back down and over ur head and back down, enough times to get your arms burning a little bit. or you can do 50 jumping jacks.

How can I calm down my son, who has many problems? and etc.?

Wow that must be hard I can imagine. I think you should try changing it for a cool toy he wants or Somthing like take him to a toy store and let him pick his favorite toy Nd tell him to trade you for the toy. That's the only thing I can really think of.

Would someone lose weight from this?

First of all good shedule! Second how old are you?? And third that's really good just make sure you run a lot that way you'll loose more weight!!

What is the difference between warm-blooded and cold-blooded animals?

I know that warm blooded animals have self regulated temperature, higher stamina and require more food, whereas cold blooded animal's temperature is more reliant on their environment, theyre faster in short bursts and require less food. All of this, I know from science class. What I can't seem to find however is the workings of what makes them different. What I mean is, if a leopard and an crocodile each eat half of the same gazelle, the leopard processes it one way, the crocodile another. What causes this? What is inside the leopard, and by extension, a human that makes it able to generate heat and the crocodile cannot?

Why do we African Americans reject Sub Saharan Africa but take pride in Egypt like it's where we're from?

I'm Afircan American, too, and I understand all your points. Now that you mention it, more of North Africa is mentioned rather than the rest of Africa. Even if they do go over other parts of Africa, it's not that much. If we want to know and learn more, we would have to take a separate course that gets deep into the studies, most likely in college. Sadly, most people won't waste the time or money when they are focusing on their major, and most times people see history as boring. I think some of it is interesting. I wish to learn more about my culture and where I came from. Wish I could get one of those dna tests lol but usually only celebrities have the money for that. So, I guess I will just be proud of what I know I am :) Thanks for sharing your point, I never looked at it from that way. I think many of the African cultures are interesting. Although I find Egypt fasinating, I hear and learn good things about Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia etc. :) Arica is still Africa. Back then, no one liked mentioning Africa. Mixed race or not, the continent is very ancient and very diverse with many things still left undiscovered. I believe many Black Africans did GREAT things. Just the media doesn't want to let the general public know that, so, you would have to do more research to find out.

How long will it take to lose 10 lbs?

I'm 5'3 and 130lbs. How long will it take me to lose 10-15lbs if I eat 1200-1400 calories a day (healthy food, not crap) and exercise for an hour a day. For exercise I either ride my stationary exercise bike or do my gazelle trainer or a half hour of both to get to an hour of cardio. I'm not really that out of shape but I've always been on the chubby side and I'd like to be slimmer for my junior year of high school. I've made this kind of my summer project/goal. Any tips or good diets are welcome too, thanks.
