Diet ideas creative only?

I never heard of a Doc trying to kill you..500 calories!!! is she NUTS!!!...I know when you work out you gain muscle mass and that weighs more than fat..So the scale you have to ignore..The best diet you can do,is throw out all jusnk food and go shopping for loads of fresh,dark fruits and veggies..Get a good extra virgin olive oil to cook with and maybe check into the Mediterranean diet..This gives you loads of options and is very good for you and does'nt starve you..Exercise daily and maybe every change it up daily to work different muscle groups..Walk fast,,than slow and start fast again..This burns more calories..Do the Gazelle 2nd day,,do some Aerobics the 3rd day and so on..Mix it up so you don't get bored..Good Luck..
