Harold Camping.. lawsuit .. possible?

Anyone can bring a lawsuit really against him the family of the kids who died celebrating that they were alive could sue him for the death of their children. In lots of parts of the world he could in fact be in court for manslaughter but the US has this freedom of speech which seems to protect not only journatilsts that work hard to dig up facts but the loony brigade.
