Whats a good intense workout i can do?

well, you can start out with a slow jog in place til your heart beats just a little more than usual. then do 3 sets of 20 situps. 3 sets of 10 pushups. if you have a pool (heat it) and bring your little wieghts and left them above your head and back down and over ur head and back down, enough times to get your arms burning a little bit. or you can do 50 jumping jacks.
